How do I know that the value of my new home won't go down when my neighbor brings in an old, "broken down" home?

The Pines management refuses to accept any home that is not new and/or fails to meet minimal standards. For instance, all homes must be constructed with 2x6 walls, roofs must not be metal and must have 20-year quality shingles, and siding must be 4 inch vinyl, clean and without blemish.

Do I have a say in the how my home is placed on my home site?

Yes. Because our home sites are 30% to 50% larger than the average site and are often wooded, we ask you for your input on where you would prefer the home and what trees you would like to save. Township ordinances, of course take precedence, but we make every effort to ensure your satisfaction.

Can I have overnight guests, motorcycles and RV's at my home?

Overnight guests are always welcome.

RV's are also permitted as long as your home site will allow it following township set-back guidelines. We have designated home sites available for RV's.

Motorcycles are permitted as long as they are equipped with a factory muffler, or equivalent. Loud motorcycles will not be permitted.
